Free and Paid Services

Asset Buddy offers both free and paid services. Premium features require a subscription.

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSET BUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Financial losses or investment losses
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Interruption of service or business operations

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Asset Buddy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Asset Buddy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you post or share on the Platform

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Upon your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
